Ukraine’s 125th Heavy Mechanized Brigade says it has been rebuilt over the past year after joining the 3rd Army Corps. In October 2025 it reported just 17% staffing, no tanks, artillery or armored vehicles, and almost no drone crews. It now says core units are 95-100% staffed, 1,500 personnel have returned from unauthorized absence, and reconnaissance, FPV, heavy bomber drone and ground robotic units have expanded sharply. The brigade now operates Bradley IFVs, Leopard tanks and artillery.
