Footage shows the police talking to him after he fled to his house and then you see him smiling in the back of the police car after being arrested. At least 10 police cars, including armed police and police dogs, and paramedics were called just before midday following reports of an attack.The victim was treated for a stab wound and was taken to a local hospital.
