🇺🇸 New York City teen arrested after he body slammed a girl before stomping on her head because she didn't give him her number.The 15-year-old girl was seen trying to avoid the thug in East Harlem as he pushed her, harassed her, and assaulted her.The 14-year-old thug was later arrested and charged with assault.The girl was sent to the hospital.
