🇺🇸 A historic church in Astoria, #Queens, was burned by a fire that started Thursday evening in the rectory. Both buildings are well over 100 years old.A massive five-alarm fire tore through the historic First Reformed Church of Astoria (also known as the Reformed Church of Astoria) and its attached rectory at 27-21 12th Street.Six firefighters sustained minor injuries and were hospitalized. One firefighter was hit in the head by falling debris from the collapse, and the others were examined for smoke inhalation and other issues. No word yet on what caused the fire. Follow us -> LiveLeak
