Woman in Spokane County charged after allegedly trying to hit a juvenile on a dirt bike with her car and later attempting to break into a stranger’s home.A 56-year-old woman (Wendy Clemente) was arrested in Spokane County, #Washington after deputies say she drove onto a sidewalk and attempted to hit the juvenile riding an e-bike before chasing them.
