🇺🇸 Construction worker was left hanging off the side of a building before he fell to the ground after the scaffolding collapsed.A building in downtown Madison, #Wisconsin, is under construction, and as the crew tried to move the scaffolding, it tipped over along with the telehandler, a lifting machine, beneath it.
