Deputies with the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Palm Coast man following a domestic disturbance investigation Sunday night that escalated into a barricade situation and ended with one suspect in custody and FCSO K-9 Titan taking his first bite out of crime.Deputies responded to a home in the R Section of Palm Coast after the Emergency Communications Center received a 9-1-1 call from a distraught victim reporting that Ilia Javoronkov, 43, of Palm Coast, was hurting them.
