City of Durant Police Chief falsely arresting and assaulting Talley while in City Hall helping citizens with their cases.Roderick Greer Talley commented on this: "Demarcus, the Chief of Police for the City of Durant, has been harassing me since I moved back to Mississippi in 2021. This is the same man who falsely arrested me because I told somebody, “if I owe them get it back in blood.” That was his basis for simple assault.
