🇫🇷 Early Friday morning, around midnight, a violent shooting broke out in the Cité Fleming neighborhood of Carcassonne, in southern #France, between groups of people (presumably of Moroccan and Algerian origin). Armed individuals opened fire with an automatic weapon on a group of people before fleeing in a vehicle. Police recovered dozens of shell casings at the scene.The shooting resulted in one death and five injuries, one of whom was in critical condition.
