🇺🇸 The FBI says the man accused of setting off an incendiary device outside a federal building in #NewYork City has been identified as 43-year-old former U.S. Army soldier Andrew Arrabaca. Arrabaca served from 2001 to 2005 as a Patriot missile systems mechanic, according to the FBI.The FBI says he poured gasoline onto the ground and ignited it with a lighter and a firework that proceeded to catch on fire.
