🇨🇴 #Colombia. Crash in downtown Santa Marta. A girl traveling on a motorcycle was injured and taken quickly by people at the scene to a clinic, where she is reported in delicate condition. Witnesses say she was riding in front, without a helmet and at high speed at an intersection where the vehicle has the right of way. Motorcycles in that area routinely ignore traffic lights and signs, a daily habit that once again leaves a child exposed.
