ASTRA research: A Ukrainian drone strike damaged three oil tankers, five fuel reservoirs, three berths and multiple NOVATEK installations at Ust-Luga port. Fires spread across more than 15,000 square meters, over 200 workers were evacuated and port operations were halted. Additional damage hit a pump station, crane and shipyard assets.
