The Ukrainian General Staff confirmed its forces struck the Yaroslavl oil refinery overnight, triggering a fire at the facility, and hit fuel depots, ammo sites, UAV command posts and logistics targets across occupied regions and Russia. Fires also continued at Ust-Luga and Primorsk ports.
