Ukraine’s 28th Mechanized Brigade has converted a Soviet-era BTM-3 engineering vehicle into a machine for laying lines of barbed tape. Originally built to dig trenches on a chassis with T-54 elements, the vehicle was repurposed through welding and battlefield improvisation.
