Ukraine’s border service says it has recorded development of logistics routes, training grounds and facilities in Belarus that can be used jointly with Russian forces. Spokesman Andrii Demchenko said Russia can use the full military infrastructure of Belarus at any moment, warning that the sites remain available for Moscow’s forces.
