The discharge petition reached the required 218 signatures: 215 Democrats, 2 Republicans and 1 independent former Republican. The bill confirms support for Ukraine and NATO, creates reconstruction measures, provides over $1B in security aid, allows up to $8B in direct loans and adds sanctions and export controls on Russia.
