Ukraine’s HUR has received more than 5,900 radar satellite images through the “People’s Satellite” since September 2022. The ICEYE SAR data gives daily imagery regardless of daylight, clouds or weather, with resolution up to 0.25 m per pixel and coverage up to 225 km² per image. HUR says the satellite helps identify Russian military targets, plan strikes and assess damage.
