Defense Minister Fedorov said Ukraine is launching a “Logistics Lockdown” program to scale middle-strike attacks on Russian operational-depth targets. The first stage allocates 5B UAH directly to the most effective units through the eBaly system for modern middle-strike weapons. The second stage launches centralized tenders for larger batches, aiming to hit logistics, depots, equipment, command posts and supply routes harder.
