❗️GCHQ chief Anne Keast-Butler said nearly 500,000 Russian soldiers have been killed since Moscow launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. In her first public speech as head of the UK spy agency, she said Putin is going backwards on the battlefield while Russia targets critical infrastructure, democratic processes, supply chains and public trust in the UK and NATO states.
