Operators from Ukraine’s 1st Center and 414th Birds of Magyar Brigade, working with other Defense Forces units, hit ELOU-AVT-1, ELOU-AVT-5 and technical overpasses near water block No. 8, disabling up to 65% of the plant’s refining capacity.
