A Swedish court seized the CAFFA vessel, accused of systematically exporting Ukrainian products from occupied territories. Ukrainian prosecutors said this is the first case in which a foreign court approved a ship arrest at Kyiv’s request. The vessel allegedly used false registration and appeared in international databases as “Guinea False.”
