❗️The EU has approved sanctions for the first time in response to Russia’s deadly July 1-2 strikes on Kyiv and its campaign against civilian infrastructure. The measures target five companies from the ABS Electro group that produce electronic components for drones, including modules designed to improve Shahed drones’ resistance to jamming. Board chair Irina Kharisova was also sanctioned with an EU asset freeze and travel ban.
