Ukraine’s SBU says a Mamai naval drone struck the sanctioned Avero shadow-fleet tanker in the Black Sea. SBU drones also hit three oil depots about 600 km from Ukraine in Russia’s Stavropol region, causing fires, explosions and burning fuel tanks.
