USF commander Magyar claimed Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces, together with the SBU and in some cases HUR, reduced the Kerch ferry crossing's capacity by 75% during a two-week operation in July. He said the ferries Yeysk, SKS One and Maria are out of service, while Lavrentiy and Panagia can no longer sail under their own power and are being used as tugged barges, reducing the crossing's transport capacity.
