Protests continued for a fourth day near Kyiv's Franko Theatre, drawing servicemembers, relatives and friends of Ukrainian soldiers, actor Artur Lohai and other civilians. Participants said they joined to demand changes in the military, better treatment of Ukrainian servicemembers and to voice concerns over recent decisions by the country's military and political leadership.
