❗️U.S. Senate advanced Senator Lindsey Graham’s Russia sanctions bill in an 86-12 vote. The legislation would impose 100% secondary tariffs on countries buying Russian oil and gas, target Russia’s shadow fleet and extend sanctions on Iran.
