President Zelensky signed decrees reshuffling the leadership of the Security Service of Ukraine. He appointed Oleh Fedorov as head of the SBU's Alpha Special Operations Center and Olena Voronova as head of the personnel department. Zelensky also appointed new SBU regional chiefs in nine regions and occupied Crimea, while Tymur Tkachenko was named head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.
