Rustem Umerov will be appointed head of the Foreign Intelligence Service and will continue coordinating Drone Deals, negotiations with the United States and other partners, and talks aimed at ending Russia's war. Ukraine has signed Drone Deals with 9 countries, with 15 more agreements under negotiation.
