❗️A Russian serviceman opened fire on fellow troops in Khmelnytske, occupied Sevastopol, killing one and wounding another, occupation officials reported. He then killed three civilians, two men aged 71 and 59 and a 64-year-old woman, and wounded three more people. The attacker was detained.
