Zelensky said Ukraine's military leadership agreed on new active measures for Donetsk and several other sectors after briefings from Commander-in-Chief Mykhailo Drapatyi, Ihor Skybiuk and acting Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara. The meeting also set additional steps to protect critical infrastructure and defined August priorities for Ukraine's long-range sanctions campaign against Russia with the SBU, HUR and Defense Ministry.
