Ukraine’s General Staff confirmed a series of strikes on Russian military targets in occupied Crimea on August 12. Ukrainian forces hit the control tower at Saky airfield near Novofedorivka and a relay near Chornomorske used to control Geran/Gerbera attack drones. The General Staff said the strikes reduce Russia’s ability to operate the military airfield and control attack UAVs.
