It says GRU-linked operatives ran training programs in Serbia, Bosnia and Moscow to prepare pro-Russian Moldovans for election interference, including breaking police cordons and setting buildings on fire. Moscow also paid hundreds of Orthodox priests to recruit voters and push Russian narratives, and spent hundreds of millions of dollars on a vote-buying scheme.
