Protesters marched through central Kyiv demanding Mykhailo Fedorov’s return as defense minister and more open communication from the government. The march organizer, veteran Koziatynskyi, handed a printed petition calling for Fedorov’s reinstatement to a Presidential Office representative. Organizers said they used a printed version because the electronic petition was not registered on the presidential website.
