Parts of Moscow are reportedly experiencing a blackout. Around 10 people were said to be trapped in an elevator at the Mossovet Theatre on Bolshaya Sadovaya Street and unable to get out without assistance. Separately, outage reports have surged across numerous services in Russia, including telecom operators, banks, social networks, streaming platforms and other online services. The cause of the reported power and internet disruptions was not stated.
