Ukraine's General Staff confirmed strikes on the TANECO refinery in Nizhnekamsk and the Tamanneftegaz oil terminal in Krasnodar region on August 19-20. Fires were recorded at both facilities. TANECO can process up to 16 million tons of crude annually and is used to supply the Russian military. Tamanneftegaz can handle up to 19.9 million tons of oil, petroleum products and LPG per year and supports Russian military fuel and logistics needs.
