Ukraine's General Staff confirmed that Defense Forces struck the Kamensky Combine in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov region, overnight on August 24, with a fire recorded at the site. The military-industrial plant produces solid rocket fuel for Uragan, Smerch and Tornado-S MLRS munitions, as well as for a number of missile systems and aviation weapons. The extent of the damage is still being assessed.
