Ukraine brought home 10 more service members from captivity on Independence Day in the second stage of the latest prisoner exchange. All 10 had previously been listed as missing: 2 since 2024 and 8 since 2025. They are Armed Forces and National Guard personnel who fought on the Donetsk front. The previous exchange on August 19 returned 103 Ukrainian service members.
