Recipients included Rostyslav Lazarenko, Anatoliy Kushch, Alla Mazur, Ihor Belanov, Yevhen Stankovych, José Andrés, Tiberiy Silvashi, Sean Penn and others. Zelensky said they strengthen, defend and promote Ukraine, preserve and develop what the country is proud of, and always remain alongside it.
