DniproOsint satellite imagery indicates around 86% of primary oil-processing capacity at Russia's Perm refinery has been knocked offline after strikes, equal to 11.30 million tonnes per year. AVT-5, rated at 4.53 million tonnes annually, suffered critical damage to its distillation columns and previously unreported damage to the crude-oil desalting and dehydration unit. Repair cranes are also visible at AVT-4 and AVT-1, which indicates damage.
