Ukraine's HUR says sustained strikes on Russian refineries have substantially reduced aviation kerosene production, forcing Moscow to seek imported Jet A-1 fuel from South Korea and Egypt. Russia has also introduced a temporary ban on exports of its own aviation fuel. HUR says three Russian shadow-fleet tankers have already delivered 70,000 tons of Jet A-1 to St. Petersburg and Vladivostok.
