An explosion at a warehouse near St. Petersburg triggered a large fire in Koltushi, Leningrad region. Residents reported hearing a blast before the fire broke out near the Vyborzhets agricultural facility. Later local reports said there had been no attack and that a gas cylinder may have exploded at one of the warehouses.
