Artem Romaniukov has been appointed acting head of Ukraine's Defense Procurement Agency.
Artem Romaniukov has been appointed acting head of Ukraine's Defense Procurement Agency. He previously led the Defense Ministry's digitalization department and earlier served as deputy minister for strategic industries. His tasks include expanding competitive tenders, digitalizing procurement mechanisms and anti-corruption work. The agency is also preparing a competition to select a permanent chief by the end of 2026.
