A Russian overnight attack on Odesa damaged a 24-story residential building, destroying apartments on several floors. Nearby buildings had windows shattered, while cars, office buildings and two educational facilities were also damaged. At least 8 people were injured. The city also reported power supply problems, with restoration work underway. Kyiv also suffered damage.
