Ukraine's Defense Ministry says the 14-nation Air Force Capability Coalition is transforming the country's Air Force around NATO standards. Beyond F-16s and Mirage 2000s, Sweden will donate 16 Gripen C/D fighters, while Ukraine has signed an agreement to purchase 16 Gripen Es, with the platforms expected in Ukrainian skies from early 2029. The coalition also supports training, weapons, maintenance, infrastructure and integration of modern air operations systems.
