The Rosneft-controlled plant has a design processing capacity of about 17 million tons of crude per year, or roughly 340,000 barrels per day. It produces gasoline, diesel and aviation kerosene, supplies fuel to civilian consumers and the Russian military, and is a key motor-fuel supplier for regions around Moscow.
