Zelensky said a Russian drone struck a residential high-rise in Kyiv this morning, injuring four people. Overnight, Russia hit the Starokozache international border crossing with Moldova in Odesa region, killing two and injuring three. Rescuers evacuated 16 people and the crossing was closed. Recovery efforts are also ongoing in Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr and Kyiv regions following Russian attacks.
