❗️The EU approved €6.1 billion for Ukraine for air defense, drones and missiles, EU Commissioner Andrius Kubilius said, according to Babel. The package is part of the Ukraine Support Loan and includes exemptions allowing Ukraine to purchase US equipment, including PAC-3 missiles for Patriot systems. Ukraine will also be able to buy them through NATO's PURL mechanism. The European Commission is processing a separate €4.7 billion payment request.
