❗️Ukraine is bracing for a difficult winter as intensified Russian attacks hit infrastructure, industry and Black Sea exports. Economy Minister Oleksandr Kravchenko estimates nearly $10 billion in infrastructure and fixed-asset damage this year, with the broader economic toll equal to about 1.5 percentage points of GDP. Around $40 billion in export revenue is at risk, while the daily cost of the war has risen to about $190 million from $140 million in 2024.
