Ukrainian SOF says Deep Strike units, together with the Unmanned Systems Forces and HUR, struck the TANECO refinery in Nizhnekamsk overnight on September 13. The plant has a design capacity above 16 million tonnes of oil per year and is located more than 1,200 km from Ukrainian-controlled territory.
