Ukraine’s Naftogaz and Hungary’s MOL signed a memorandum to develop fuel storage capacity in Hungary near the Ukrainian border. Naftogaz says the project would diversify supply routes, protect additional reserves from Russian attacks and improve the reliability of fuel supplies to Ukrainian consumers.
